Australia offered the 2.0 MZR L (120 cu), with a power of 118 kW (158 hp) and 188 Nm (139 lb-ft) and a 6-speed gearbox, where the limited slip differential was standard. In Europe, two engines were offered: 2.0 L (120 cu) the MZR with a capacity of 158 hp (118 kW) and 188 Nm (139 lb · ft), in combination with a 6-speed manual transmission; and a new 1.8 L (110 cu in) MZR, with a capacity of 126 hp (94 kW) and 167 Nm (123 lb · ft), combined with a 5-speed manual transmission.
